SIT began manufacturing brushes in 1662. The Acquaderni family purchesed SIT in 1908 and in 1950 they began manufacturing industrial wire brushes and became Italy's first industrial brush factory.

 

Thanks to modern technology, within a few years SIT became a leader in various industrial sectors and hardware markets.
